Q: Is this a loan I will have to pay back? A:This is not a loan, it is a government grant in the form of a refund. You will never have to repay this money to the government.

Q: How much can I get? A: For most busineeses up to $26,000 per employee.

Q: How much do you charge? A: We charge a 15% fee after you receive your ERC refund. And we guarantee it 100%!

Q: We took the PPP loan. Can we still get ERC? A: Yes. The limited amount of wages used to qualify for PPP forgiveness slightly reduce your ERC but if you otherwise qualify it is all yours.
